On August 29, 2025, in Durban, South Africa, Xu Yue, Chairman and Co-President of Helys Group, accompanied by Hu Jing, Vice President of Beihe Company, and other team representatives, visited the new office, joint venture office, and laboratory of the Durban project team in South Africa, with Pan Xueming, Senior Project Manager of the South African branch, also present. This was Xu Yue's first face-to-face meeting with the South African project team, during which he conveyed the Group's warm regards and provided guidance for future development.
During the discussion session, both Chinese and local employees shared their experiences working at Honeywell. Local employees expressed their appreciation for the company's open and inclusive atmosphere and pragmatic management culture, stating that they had not only gained professional experience but also found a sense of belonging. Chinese employees, in turn, said that working alongside their local colleagues, combining their own mature experience with the practical needs of the African market, was a valuable opportunity for learning and professional development.
